As Junior AR and Banking Specialist in our Financial Shared Service, you will learn how to deliver first class accounting services to our internal clients, and you will work in a dynamic team with high focus on personal development with challenging, varied tasks and responsibility from the outset.  The Junior AR and Banking Specialist covering this role will learn and work with the other departments from finance and operation to insure a smooth close for the month end, prepare and submit specific reports for the entities that are In the portfolio. The role will be onsite in Cluj-Napoca. Key responsibilities: * Check the import of the bank statements in Oracle and the accuracy of the information from Oracle with the bank statement extracted from the banking platforms  * Manually input the bank statements for the accounts that are not using the automatic upload.  * Prepare and book the journals for the transactions unreconciled by the system  * Check the information from the accounting records against those existing on the bank statements  * Issue the manual invoices based on the request forms received, according to the SLA  * Check the approval matrix for the credit notes according to the SOX control in place  * Perform any other task given by direct manager or leadership related to the responsibilities of the position or / and company compliance policy   Requirements: Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics or student at Finance/Accounting University is preferred.  Experience:  * Up to 1 years relevant experience needed * Graduate at Finance/Accounting or Economics University is a plus. * Excel and good analytical skills. * Attention to details.  * Integrity and ethical behavior.
