JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of innovative construction and hospitality projects, contributing to various phases from conceptualization to execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and learning in a collaborative environment, where you will work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and drafting principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• A keen eye for detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A degree or relevant experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Digital Design or a related field is preferred.
  Please note this position is a full time, in the office role. There is no opportunities for remote or hybrid work.

• Collaborate with senior management and project managers to develop design concepts and floor plan layouts.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed drawings, marketing material and visualizations.
• Assist in drafting plans for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Participate in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Assist with designing various collateral and additional marketing material.
• Work with the hotel and restaurant marketing team to support marketing initiatives.
• Utilize document management software on project files.
• Contribute to renovation projects by providing design solutions that meet ownership needs.
