In this role, you will play a vital part in our rider operations, ensuring the success and high standards of our rider fleet in foodora's last-mile delivery. Let's shape the future of food delivery together! Your mission Manage rider-related processes that are executed in Stockholm. Focus on operational excellence, including compliance and performance follow-ups, and oversee our green fleet (e-vehicles). Assist in managing the work environment and create an engaging working atmosphere. Monitor city performance and ensure that the team leaders execute on both short-term daily tasks and long-term initiatives. Make sure that we follow policies, guidelines & law in terms of rider operation in your region. We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. Since you will be in contact with many of our riders, your communication and leadership skills will come well in hand.
