WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A Junior Art Director with a passion for visual storytelling and innovative design, ready to bring creative ideas to life for both client projects and new business opportunities. We’re looking for an inquisitive, detail-oriented individual with a refined aesthetic sense and the ability to translate complex concepts into effective graphic solutions using the latest digital communication trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to think beyond the brief and deliver original and measurable visual solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Familiarity with Figma and Miro a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail in layout, visual hierarchy and technical file preparation.
  • Italian Language required.
  • Strong English language skills
  • Bonus points for knowledge of After Effects or 3D tools (Blender, C4D) and an interest in AI applied to design
Location: Milan, with flexible work options (smart working available).
Responsibilities
  • As an Art Director, you’ll work closely with senior designers, the Head of Creative, account managers, copywriters and content strategists in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
  • Develop creative proposals for clients and new business, creating digital and non-digital content for the web.
  • Design cohesive visual identities for clients and new business, balancing innovation with brand guidelines - branding, UI, graphic assets (PPT, BTL, digital and social).
  • Work across multiple touch points: awareness campaigns, websites, editorial materials, strategic presentations, product launches, and social media.
  • Experiment with digital formats (static, animated, video) and cross-platform approaches, always focusing on usability and visual impact.
  • Assist senior creatives in defining the visual style of B2B and B2C projects and learn how to translate communication strategies into compelling visuals.
  • Under the guidance of the team, gain hands-on experience building a visual project from start to finish, from inspiration research to final asset preparation, with an obsession for detail (typography, color palettes, composition).
