Description

ARE YOU AN ASPIRING ARTWORKER WITH A PASSION FOR BRINGING DESIGNS TO LIFE IN PRINT?

Do you have experience producing press-ready artwork with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and a sharp eye for detail in layout, typesetting and colour accuracy?
Are you at your best when juggling multiple projects, coordinating with printers, keeping brand consistency on point and delivering high-quality POS materials to tight deadlines?
If so, this Junior Artworker role could be the perfect next step for you.

ABOUT US

Harding+ is leading the way in innovative onboard cruise retailing, working closely with our cruise line and brand partners to make every cruise better. Our focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences has seen us named Cruise Retailer of the Year in both 2022 and 2023.
We are an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, and we make hiring decisions based on skills and experience

Responsibilities

As a Junior Artworker, you’ll be responsible for producing and delivering marketing and POS materials for our global cruise line clients. You’ll create artwork for retail campaigns, signage and onboard visuals, making sure everything is accurate, on brand and print-ready. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team, support colleagues in Sydney and Miami, and liaise with printers, agencies and remote artworkers to ensure projects are delivered smoothly around the world.
Alongside the creative work, you’ll manage the flow of artwork jobs from start to finish - this includes logging and tracking projects, raising purchase orders, updating signage databases and sample directories, and keeping visual libraries up to date. You’ll make sure printed materials reach ships on time, follow up on any queries from colleagues or onboard teams, and keep managers informed on progress.
Our Junior Artworker position is a hands-on role where your eye for detail and organisational skills will make a real difference.
The role is based in Avonmouth on a hybrid basis, with two days a week in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday).
