We are looking to fill 2 junior assistant positions, one full-time (gap year students) and one part-time (bachelor or master students).

Then a Junior Assistant position in the Coloplast Marketing, Services & Commercial Development team might be right for you.
We currently have two openings, a full-time position in Ostomy & Continence Care Marketing, and a part-time position in Coloplast Professional. Both teams are part of the global Marketing, Services and Commercial Development department in Chronic Care Commercial. Both positions are based on our headquarters in Humlebæk.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Support the teams with the marketing material approval process
  • Be responsible for maintaining our intranet business area sites, upload and publish materials and ensure the sites are always up to date with the latest content
  • Be responsible for our business areas within our online promotional materials site, ensuring it is up-to-date and support projects to develop and deliver promotional materials.
  • Be a contact to our sales subsidiaries worldwide and to external partners
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, purchases, confidential contracts and events for the teams
  • Take care of shipments & samples to subsidiaries and other partners
  • Additional ad hoc tasks when needed
    You can act independently but also love to collaborate with people!
    You are independent, responsible, organized, and collaborative team player. You are thorough, detail oriented and understand the importance of working to a high-quality standard. You have a positive can-do attitude and feel comfortable interacting with many different colleagues across borders and nationalities.

To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications:

  • You have graduated from high school
  • For the full-time position: you are available full-time for min. 1 year (with opportunity to extend)
  • For the part-time position: you are a bachelor or master student with at least 2 years left from your studies and available 15-20 hrs/week.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English – oral & written (Danish skills are not required)
