To learn more, visit us at www.mufg-investorservices.com. #LI-Hybrid Job Description Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, you will: Support senior leadership with achieving department initiatives, projects, budget adherence Support and mentor team through training and development Review /Prepare capital call and distribution calculation and allocation. Support team on department deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, and reporting. Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met. Review client Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), PPMs, and other materials and ensure service levels are in line with such legal documents. Ensure the team supports the client integration process, and the experience is professional and positive for all parties involved. Review/Prepare Investor allocations ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly. Review/Prepare ad hoc deliverables as defined in the Service Level Agreements. Offer guidance on performance of team members to the team manager through regular feedback, mentoring, coaching sessions and career development discussions, while adhering to company standards for annual performance reviews. Be part of internal Client Relationship (CRM) framework and participate in regular service review calls with assigned Client(s), CSMs, and other internal departments. Champion initiatives within your team, encouraging participation, constructive feedback and idea generation from the team members. Support and Promote MUFG’s core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty LI-Hybrid Qualifications A strong candidate would have some years of existing experience in a Fund Administration role with at least a year working in a Private Equity role Have a strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations. Experience with Investran and Yardi would be considered an asset Client/customer service management experience Experience and knowledge of investor operations Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients, Investors, colleagues Demonstrate business logic and risk adverse approach to resource management and operations Additional Information What’s in it for you to join MUFG Investor Services?
