We’re seeking a Junior Associate Financial Advisor to support our clients on their financial journey. This is an entry level position where you will get the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive in a professional financial environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m with the occasional after-hours or weekend commitment.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, manage calls and emails, and ensure timely, comprehensive follow-up for a seamless client experience including in-person (including house calls) or virtual meetings as needed.
  • Team Approach: Collaboration with a team of specialists and advisors to create comprehensive financial plans for clients.
  • Academic Approach: Make time in schedule to understand product shelf through virtual and in-person diligences, industry publications, seminars and formal education including all formal education requirements depending on licensing.
  • Document Management: Provide support in preparing, filing, and organizing client documentation, ensuring detailed note are accurately recorded in the CRM system and client files.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update client information in CRM and financial software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc projects, client outreach campaigns, running client appreciation or events and other administrative duties as required.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Working towards an MBA
  • Passionate about the client experience as much the financial experience
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and open to growth
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wordpress, and Univeris.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately within legal and regulatory guidelines, as well as family considerations.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, work ethic, and proactive problem-solving.
