Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and communication-savvy Junior Associate – Partnerships to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business development and partner engagement. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing partner communication, conducting demos and supporting outbound efforts. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and provide timely, courteous, and professional assistance to partners. Conduct product or service demos for potential partners and clients, addressing queries and showcasing key benefits. Assist with outbound projects, campaigns, and partner outreach efforts as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and update internal CRM or tracking systems consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new and existing partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, OR MBA graduate with 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, customer success, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in client facing or Partner Facing role. Ability to explain products and conduct demos confidently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in B2B outreach or partner management. Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry best practices. Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
