Job Title: Junior Associate - Social Listening GCL: C1 Introduction to role Are you passionate about research and eager to dive into the world of social media analytics? As a Junior Associate in Social Listening, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing large social media datasets to derive actionable insights. Join us in shaping the future of content and media strategies through data-driven decisions! Accountabilities Support topic definitions, social listening measures, and filters to define objectives and set deliverables for standard and custom reports. Assist in deriving insights to inform content/media decisions for campaigns and events, advising on optimization actions. Set up social listening tools, including keywords, query parameters, and dashboards. Take initiative in refining query parameter setups to ensure accurate and insightful mention analysis by the end of the reporting period. Pull and interpret data from social listening tools, including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc. Create and edit reporting deliverables in PowerPoint, Newsletter, and Excel formats, transforming social data into a clear story with charts, tables, and infographics. Adhere to global Social Listening standard operating procedures and compliance policies. Demonstrate decent proficiency with written communication in English. Essential Skills/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any stream/Pharma or Mpharm (Pharmacology is preferred) or MBA Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story. Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations. Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors. Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude. Good Mix of Technical Understanding, Business Sense, Managerial/Connecting and Interpersonal skills Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms (preferred) such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums, Instagram and Tumblr required. Comfortable with MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint.
