We are seeking a Junior Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team in Davenport, Iowa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of audio/video systems, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative technology solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• IT Education (college, certifications, etc)
• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage systems and electrical experience.
• Familiarity with software troubleshooting and computer hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.

• Install and configure audio/video systems according to project specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing installations.
• Provide technical support to clients during and after installation.
• Assist in the training of clients on system operation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
