Job Description As a Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit. You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). Your team’s activities will include: Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models, define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets. Market Development: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions. Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area, interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force. Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives. In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 31.000 - € 32.000 for a 40-hour work week.
