Description

THE POSITION

Are you passionate about driving efficiency, automating workflows, and empowering teams with better tools and insights? Do you want to apply AI, automation, and data-driven thinking to solve real operational challenges in a fast-growing environment?
As a (Junior) Automation & Enablement Analyst, you will combine process improvement, AI-enabled automation, and targeted analytics to reduce manual work, improve data usability, and help teams operate at peak efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and optimize workflows that scale our operations and enhance both merchant and customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Join our team and collaborate closely with operations, analytics, and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that streamline processes, leverage AI and automation tools, and enhance data accessibility. You will be part of a high-impact group driving operational excellence and scalability.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recurring operational workflows using AI tools, scripting, and automation platforms.
  • Design and maintain data solutions that enable proactive monitoring, performance insights, and improved decision-making across our operations teams (e.g., last-mile-delivery, freight or fulfilment data).
  • Enhance usability and accessibility of internal tools, knowledge systems (e.g., Notion), and data to empower operational teams and reduce knowledge silos.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand process bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Monitor and measure outcomes of automation and enablement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in business analysis, operations enablement, process automation, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering automation and process improvements.
  • Mindset: Hands-on, solution-oriented, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to explore new technologies.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in at least one automation or scripting language/platform (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script, RPA tools); strong analytical skills including SQL and BI/data visualization tools; familiarity with AI tools and APIs for workflow enhancement.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; proactive in spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations; knowledge of data integration and API-based workflows.
  • Technical skills for non-tech roles i.e. SQL proficiency
