We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive marketing support for both sell-in and sell-out activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales department, sales channels, and the various brands we represent to drive growth and enhance market presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Channel Partner Support: Provide marketing support to sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and retailers, to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
• Brand Collaboration: Work closely with brand partners to develop co-marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and sales tools to support channel partners.
• Event Management: Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and other events to promote products and engage with channel partners and customers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a distribution or channel partner environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
