Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Junior Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing and developing scalable backend services using C# and .NET, directly contributing to impactful projects while learning from senior developers. You will collaborate closely with our team to build robust systems and modernize processes, tackling real-world challenges while growing into a highly capable backend developer. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of backend systems using C# and .NET, following best practices for clean, maintainable, and testable code. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable APIs and microservices following modern standards (e.g., REST, GraphQL). Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with the team on feature delivery and deployment workflows, contributing to DevOps-enabled environments and CI/CD pipelines. Pair with senior developers to learn architectural concepts, best practices, and operational requirements. Take initiative in growing your skills while producing value for the team, delivering on tasks with increasing independence over time. Work alongside the team to optimize performance, debug production issues, and refine backend solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in software development (including internships, projects, or professional work), with hands-on experience using C# and .NET frameworks—or equivalent foundational knowledge. Ability to write organized, testable, and maintainable code, with curiosity about improving software quality through unit tests and automated testing frameworks. Understanding of modern API development principles, including familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Willingness and ability to operate in a DevOps environment, including learning about deployment pipelines and basic containerization concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Enthusiasm for problem-solving, combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A self-starter attitude with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, ask questions, and grow through feedback. Nice-to-have Skills & Qualifications: Experience with IAM technologies like Keycloak or Microsoft Entra ID. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes). Hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems. Exposure to building scalable, production-grade services within enterprise settings.
