Gwyn’s Bakery is looking for an experienced Junior Baker to join our team!
Originally founded by Ben Lines,Gwyn’s Bakery is now owned and operated by Chef Tom Sellers’s,restaurant group HiStory Hospitality.
HiStory Hospitality consists of two Michelin starred Restaurant Story in London Bridge,Story Cellar in Covent Garden and our events company Once Upon a Time.
Based in the Sussex market town of Horsham,located just an hour outside of London,this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented baker to contribute to the ongoing success of the bakery and to be part of an ever-growing restaurant group. So,whether you’re an experienced professional or a rising star with a passion for pastries,we want to hear from you!

JUNIOR BAKER REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques (training will be provided!)
• Passion for all things baking
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• To deliver exceptional customer service,assisting customers with inquiries
• Warm,friendly and humble personality
