EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

Responsibilities

As a Bakery Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of baked goods according to established recipes and standards, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, etc.
  • Ensuring all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
  • Preparing baked products for display and sale, ensuring they are visually appealing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient bakery operations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
