ABOUT THE ROLE:

Tessa’s Bakery is seeking an experienced Junior Operations Coordinator to oversee our daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have a culinary/pastry background or 3+ years of experience in food production coordination, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and coordinate daily baking and decorating schedules
• Prepare production sheets and monitor output to meet targets
• Conduct quality control checks on all products
• Manage inventory and waste tracking
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Train and support bakery staff in operational best practices
