Description

Process domestic and cross-border transactions within different payment schemes, including outgoing, incoming and internal payments. Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements. Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, experience on the job and procedural knowledge. Oversee pending cases and ensure that all unresolved cases are brought to completion. Perform daily reconciliation and matching of Nostro items, following up on outstanding items. Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients/vendors. Contribute to and collaborate with Fund Transfer Operations projects as needed. Develop an understanding of how the Fund Transfer Operations team interacts with others in accomplishing objectives.
