ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Muzz Buzz Team Member, you’ll be the face of our iconic brand, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. In this drive-through-only environment, speed, quality, and exceptional service are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll:

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to Muzz Buzz standards.
• Serve pre-prepared food items efficiently and safely to customers.
• Take orders and make customers feel welcome with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Operate within a drive-through-only service model, ensuring fast, high-quality experiences.
• Keep the store clean and hygienic, adhering to food safety standards.
• Open and close the store, including handling basic operational tasks.
• Work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

This role offers:

• A rotating roster of up to 25 hours per week.
• Shifts ranging from 3–8 hours, scheduled between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays
