As Junior Bartender, you will play a key part in delivering warm, attentive service to our guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the bar. Under the guidance of our experienced bartenders, you will be involved in:

• Preparing and serving a range of beverages, from classic cocktails to bespoke creations
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area
• Supporting with mise-en-place, inventory checks, and stock rotation
• Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the bar during service periods
• Upholding Andaz standards for guest engagement, presentation, and service deliver
