We are seeking a Junior Building Automation System Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Aris Building Technologies. This role is vital in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our energy management systems. The Junior BAS Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for overseeing system performance and implementing improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

The candidate must have the following qualities:

• Strong command of English/both verbal and written.
• Outgoing personality, comfortable speaking on the phone. Incoming and outgoing calls.
• Ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
• Good organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills. Ability to follow direction.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Word.
• Willing to be on-call once every 4 weeks

This job will focus on customer service. Taking calls from clients, and contractors, making the customers needs known to the appropriate Aris technician and in some cases, interfacing with a B.A.S. to address simple issues. Also, following up with clients if needed to let them know when their needs have been or will be addressed. On the job training will be provided on basic troubleshooting HVAC issues on a B.A.S. as well as monitoring e-mail alerts from our systems and responding appropriately.
Annual Wages Range $40,000-43,000
