Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with CS, Fraud, Product, Technology, Clients, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure alignment on business objectives and project goals. Prepare and present reports to executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
