Then you might be our new Junior BI Analyst (student) in our Business Intelligence (BI) team based at our headquarters in Hellerup. We’re offering an opportunity to solve real, tangible problems for real users, but in a safe environment, where you are allowed to experiment, learn, and make mistakes. The Team Our BI team consists of a skilled group of internal and external BI developers and architects. We are responsible for building Novo Holdings’ reporting suite, which includes our Investment Teams and our Finance & Operations teams. We are part of the wider Digital team, which has given the mandate to drive a large strategic transformation program towards meeting the Novo Holdings 2030 strategy. The BI team takes great pride in our ability to meet the business and solve their challenges, as well as monitoring and continuous improvements in production. Our tech stack is the Azure Cloud ecosystem, Databricks, and our reporting tool is Power BI. The Job As a Junior BI Analyst, you will undertake challenging and varying tasks in relation to developing Novo Holdings’ reporting suite to become a strategic enabler. Either as an individual contributor or by working alongside our senior developers. You will both contribute to and gain experience in our tech stack, as well as learning how to navigate professional investment firm. Examples of tasks include: Data modelling Dax coding Building and visualizing data in Power BI Engaging with business We do not expect extensive experience with the tools we use, instead - we believe that to succeed in the role it is more important to have demonstrated problem-solving skills, a curious mind, and are motivated to learn. The workload will be approximately 15-20 hours a week with flexibility in relation to your studies. Further, you will join our network of other Junior Analysts across Novo Holdings in Copenhagen. Academic & Professional Qualifications We are ideally looking for a candidate who: Is on the 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s focusing on Economics, Business Intelligence, Business or any IT related education Has achieved excellent academic results Enjoys solving real-world problems, not just passing assignments Communicates clearly in English and like working in a team Personal Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who is: Analytically strong with an ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail Capable of working in a structured and independent manner A team player who thrives in a collaborative and international work environment Curios, proactive, and open to feedback Contact We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible and will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
