Description

We are currently looking for an administrator/junior bookkeeper to join our team located at our office in Melbourne CBD.
the role is Tuesday to Thursday. 9 am to 3 pm
This role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing administrative and accounts duties.

Your Key Responsibilities would be:

  • Accounts receivable and payable duties
  • Sending weekly invoices and Statement to customers
  • Debt collection
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Promptly attending to customer and supplier enquiry
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Manager and other administrative team members

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • General knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
  • Passion for ongoing learning
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
