Job Description We’re looking for a curious, data-loving, and creative brand enthusiast to drive the growth of Zooplus’ Own Brands Food portfolio. As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll take hands-on ownership of one or more brands - tracking performance, building insight-driven strategies, and supporting cross-functional execution that brings our brands to life. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales, Product Development, and Purchasing to ensure every brand is differentiated, customer-centric, and commercially successful. Key Responsibilities Brand Execution Support the implementation of brand and marketing plans aligned with the defined strategy Assist with product launches, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery Maintain and update marketing materials, assets, and communications in line with brand guidelines Ensure all communications and touchpoints consistently reflect the brand’s identity and positioning Operational & Commercial Support Support new product development initiatives, relaunches, line extensions, and innovations Track and report key commercial KPIs (sales, profitability, availability, traffic, conversion) for review with the Senior Brand Manager Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Replenishment, and other stakeholders to support brand-related projects Prepare clear, concise materials for cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making Help maintain an efficient flow of information to keep projects on track Insights & Learning Collect, analyse, and summarise brand, market, and customer data to inform recommendations Stay up to date with best practices in brand building, marketing execution, and commercial performance Share insights proactively to improve decision-making and brand performance Qualifications University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Initial internship experience - ideally in product management, FMCG, retail, or pet food Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and large datasets Curious, proactive, fast learner with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics to improve customer Additional Information With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
