As a Junior Brand Manager in the Arla Brand team you will be responsible for Arla Core & Familjefavoriter and have brand business lead across Yellow Cheese and Cream Cheese for Arla KO, Familjefavoriter and EKO/Humlan, Together with your colleagues in the marketing team you will own and develop these brand positions, to deliver on our ambitious growth targets. In this role you are part of the Arla Masterbrand team and will have the opportunity to make huge impact through working with Arla Brand purpose (Help people to eat well) activation in Sweden.

  • Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio. You will as well drive NPD & other brand related projects.
  • Work on yearly communication plan & content, from insights to execution, ensuring both long- & short-term business growth behind right balanced emotional/tactical communication plan.
  • Lead and drive BTL communication.
  • Lead agencies to execute strategy and plans.
  • Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods – e.g. work close with the sales & customer marketing function to identify the category growth potentials and with e.g. NPD and Supply chain to bring solutions to unlock that potential
