  • Previous experience in FMCG will be an advantage (product development, packaging, advertising and promotions, pricing etc.). Previous experience of project management in marketing is a must.
  • Creative person, good abilities of analysis and synthesis, problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility for assigned projects, proactivity.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the development of short-term category plans (Annual Commercial Plan) with the Category Manager
  • Monitors the performance of the category compared to the established objectives and proposes corrective / incentive actions for improvement to the Category Manager.
  • Participates in the evaluation of innovation opportunities in the category and contributes to the development of innovation initiatives based on clear consumer insights and respecting internal procedures
  • Coordinates packaging design and artwork for assigned projects respecting internal regulations and legislation in force in close connection and approves with Managers encharge
  • Initiates all trademark registration / protection procedures by collaborating with Central Legal
  • Monitors the implementation of the pricing strategy for the category he is responsible for and of the competitive brands
  • Monitors the budget established for the assigned category, follows the recording of expenses according to the company procedure, ensuring that the expenditure budget is maintained within the established limits and informs the direct superior of any deviation.
  • Analysis of competition and proposal of directions for increasing sales and turnover of the brands he is responsible for;
  • Performs regular market visits.
