• Define and execute marketing activities to deliver objectives (long and short term);
• Plan and deliver campaigns across all channels, including digital and Above The Line;
• Strategy and development of CSR program;
• Propose and manage selected external agencies (advertising, design, PR, etc.) to support and execute agreed activities to deliver brand objectives;
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities;
• Conduct consumer research;
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns;
• Budget Management;
• Leadership of New Product Development projects;
• Leading cross-functional teams (both local and international) and co-operation with other departments.
