About the position You will support the SNR Becel and Becel Proactiv Brand Manager NL in executing and implementing the brand marketing plans and you will work closely with the European and Cluster Marketing teams. You drive brand performance using a data-driven approach as well as disruptive brand marketing initiatives that engage consumers. Your focus will be Flora Food Groups’s Health & Wellbeing brands (Becel & Becel Proactiv) for the Netherlands. You work closely with colleagues in your Cluster Marketing team and the European marketing team to ensure compelling communication plans and the translation of these plans to the local markets to meet commercial objectives. And you will contribute to product development and brand relaunches in the cluster. In collaboration with the SNR Brand Manager, you monitor brand performance vs KPIs together with return on investment of advertising and promotions. Use these insights to make recommendations and anticipate threats/opportunities. You leverage insights from market research, category and brand performance, market trends, consumer behavior, etc. to drive continuous improvement and optimizing the portfolio. Daily, you work a lot with both internal and external stakeholders from all different professions, to make sure you successfully deliver the agreed operational plans. Here you can think of internal collaborations with Supply Chain teams, R&D colleagues, the digital team, field sales and sales teams locally. In addition, you work with external agencies like advertising agencies on the creation of campaigns, media agencies, retail partners and potential collaborations with brands, influencers or foundations. So, what does it take to be successful in this role? You bring any brand marketing experience or interest, preferably gained in FMCG. You share a passion for building brands, and you can share your thoughts and ideas on our current and potential activations and campaigns. Any skills in marketing, with a strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results will help you succeed in this role. You bring strong commercial and financial acumen together with excellent analytical skills. To succeed in Flora Food Group’s fast-changing environment, you are a self-starter with curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and tenacity in equal measure, willing to challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for growth. You bring a performance mindset and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done with a can-do approach. You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. As this role focuses on the Dutch market, you are comfortable communicating in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
