Junior Brand Manager Food - temporary replacement - A day in the life of Junior Brand Manager Food Acts as consumer expert for strategic brands, contributing to category development. Prepares analysis inputs for MBS/ICP for the assigned segment. Supports brand communication by preparing inputs for project briefs. Proposes pricing strategies for brands and channels across all countries in the region. Collaborates with R&D and factories to ensure successful delivery of I&R projects. Plans and executes local launches, tracking performance and driving results. Manages brand operations, including SKU optimization, pricing execution, consumer promotions, and POSM development. Monitors category profitability, market share, and sales data, proposing improvements and managing regional gaps. Coordinates cross-functional collaboration, participating in MOR and local MSR meetings. What will make you successful? You have at least 1 year of experience in relevant field. You have good knowledge of English language, both writen and spoken; You are advanced user of MS Office package; If you see opportunities, you like to take the initiative; You are good multitasker and pay attention to details in the performance of your daily activities.
