WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will bring your Master’s Degree in Economics, or related, together with your experience (1-3 years) in Marketing or Trade & Shopper Marketing, preferably in the FMCG market.
Your true interest for different markets and cultures will be a great asset for us, along with your team-oriented attitude, strong analytical skills, fluency in both Italian and English and advanced skills in MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Junior Brand Manager you will support the Marketing Team in projects related to market share and penetration growth. You will contribute to develop the marketing strategy with an opportunity to work on different levers such as range definition and communication strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will implement and achieve objectives, strategies, and measurements to exceed volume and profit targets.
Your goal will be conduct market analysis and constant performance monitoring, developing a deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitors, brands, and consumption trends.
You will collaborate with the Market Research team to track product performance and consumer behavior, identifying challenges and recommending corrective actions.
Additionally, you will ensure continuous alignment with Global Marketing, interpreting the Group’s guidelines locally. You will plan, analyze, and measure new product launches, ensuring they meet market needs and consumer expectations, forecasting performance, creating detailed launch plans, and evaluating post-launch results to optimize future introductions.
For communication and advertising strategy, you will define strategies, briefing advertising agencies with all necessary information to produce effective commercials and advertisements. You will also verify the effectiveness of advertisements, including the media plan, through quantitative and qualitative research.
In budget and sales planning, you will participate in defining the budget for product line costs, such as advertising, promotional costs, and market research and analysis costs, monitoring compliance with budgeted figures and ongoing economic performance. Finally, you will help draw up sales plans for various products, detailing promotional activities for different phases.
