The Role Bowood is an established longstanding market leading Broking house in the Lloyd’s marketplace encompassing members from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences. Within Bowood there are various pillars (teams) which foster and allow for a dynamic and collaborative approach; your voice and input will be heard and appreciated. Purpose of role Within this role the individual will be primarily responsible to develop upon market established statistic reports and analytics for a portfolio of USA clients within a team consisting of longstanding Bowood employees. Progressing the current reports to the next level of data understanding and analysis. The role will include producing clear and concise reports, such as but not limited to, statistics, management information, key reporting indicators and bespoke exhibits which will be derived from client source data received and contractual requirements. The team have a clear vision and ideas of what is needed, and we require a new additional resource to help with this. What are we looking for? An individual who has experience utilising Microsoft products A willingness to learn how to use Power-BI and other analytical tools. There are several in-house systems for the individual to learn and use, training of these systems will be provided by the current experienced team. You will play an instrumental role…. Within this role you will be working closely with Brokers and team members to assist them in the utilisation of Analytics To help develop and grow not only their existing books of business but to also entice new business The expectation being as you grow and lean in into the job your experience within the team will further shape, refine and improve the data and analytical output, with potential to use this knowledge to engage with Underwriters, Clients, and internal Initiatives.
