These are the tasks that await you:

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting, including review, posting and booking of all incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
• Responsibility for general ledger and fixed asset accounting
• Preparation of balance confirmations, regular OP evaluations, and clarification of discrepancies.
• Preparation of VAT returns and recapitulative statements (EC Sales Lists)
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and company reports, as well as participation in annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• Contact person for tax advisors, auditors and other external contacts
• Support with liquidity planning and ensuring payment transactions
• Participation in digitization and process optimization projects in accounting.
