• Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured deliverables (e.g., user stories, use cases).
• Build diagrams and schemas describing business processes and data flows.
• Prepare data mappings between systems.
• Support Product Owners, Project Managers, and Developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.
• 1+ years of business analysis experience.
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis theory.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience writing clear and structured documentation: BRD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and wireframing tools.
• Experience with Scrum.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Nice to have: Understanding of APIs, databases, or basic technical architecture.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Completed training in business analysis (BABOK-based courses).
• Previous work experience in an outsourcing environment.
