As a Junior Business Analyst, you will join Group Finance based in our Head office in Brøndby which supports Milestone across functions and global regions on all financial related areas.
The Controlling and FP&A department is divided into two main areas: first, focusing on our business finance area with dedicated finance business partners and second, our data team that supports both Finance and management on financial planning and analysis.
Specifically, you will join our Data & Reporting team which is comprised of energetic and ambitious people in an environment that supports your development and learning.
This position offers you opportunities for broad exposure to the business and to showcase your ability to drive business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions to improve data efficiency and effectiveness within the Controlling and FP&A function as well as Group Finance.

We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, IT or finance or other relevant fields.
• Strong data- and analytic mindset and ability to go in depth with complex problems and present solutions.
• Attention to detail, ability to be thorough and troubleshoot numbers/formulas.
• MS Office super-user - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferably experience with SQL databases, Power BI and Prophix (or related consolidation tools).
• Fluency in English (orally and in writing). We are more than 40 different nationalities in the Danish office and English is the corporate language.
• People skills – you can connect and create trust with colleagues as you will work with many different stakeholders throughout business.

• Drive monthly processes on data and model within finance.
• Validation of financial data and models.
• Maintenance of reports, datasets, models.
• Designing, developing, and improving financial reports (in collaboration of the Power Bi consultant and the senior Business Analyst)
• Help drive financial process such as target setting, budget and forecast.
• Providing, monitoring accesses to financial model and systems.
• Support the team with reporting tasks, model, and data issue.
• Supporting stakeholders primarily controllers, Finance Business Partners and Regions
