Location: London (Victoria – SW1W 0AU, minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)

Now, we’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst (FP&A) to join our fast-moving finance team. If you’re passionate about numbers, love spotting trends, and want to help shape the future of a rapidly growing hotel brand, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Junior Business Analyst (FP&A), you’ll be at the heart of our finance function, working closely with the Senior Business Analyst and CFO. You’ll be responsible for:

• Crunching the numbers to assist with monthly EBITDA forecasts and annual budgeting.
• Producing and analysing KPIs to drive real business insights.
• Creating clear, accurate monthly reports for our executive team and board.
• Working with the commercial team to forecast revenue and optimise performance.
• Diving into financial statements to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with teams across development, operations, commercial, and marketing to support key projects.
• Taking on ad hoc finance-related projects that help us push boundaries.
