JOB DESCRIPTION:

The client is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and service-oriented individual to support a statewide initiative to modernize jail data collection. This role combines business analysis and IT coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys both project work and solving day-to-day technology challenges within a small but impactful government agency.
In addition, TCI is seeking someone who can act as the front-line IT point-of-contact—assisting with IT questions, managing IT inventory, and coordinating with the state’s larger IT department, Strategic Technology Solutions.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or IT support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading interviews, taking notes, and working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Must pass a criminal history check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel within Tennessee
