Description
Develops relationships with key stakeholders (Senior Coordinators, Management, Sponsors and Stakeholders) in order to facilitate open communication and a common understanding of business objectives: Facilitates communications and serves as the conduit between the business community, organizational units; Elicits project requirements using proven techniques including interviews with stakeholders, workshops, surveys and site visits; Analyzes project requirements using proven techniques including document analysis, prototyping, analysis of industry trends and regulations, business process analysis, use case diagrams, scenarios, tasks and workflow analysis. 5. Collaborates with developers, testers and subject matter experts to establish the design feasibility of project requirements; Assignment of incidents and change requests required for validated systems; Communicates status updates of outstanding incidents, change requests and problems to stakeholders; Prioritizes requirements with stakeholders identifying tradeoffs between usability and functional necessities to ensure requirements are feasible within project deadlines; Shares responsibility for maintaining the validated state of systems to ensure they are fit for intended use for the entire system lifecycle. 1. Undergraduate Degree in Business and/or Computer Technology 2. Customer relationship management including negotiation and conflict resolution 3. Strong leadership and motivation skills 4. Clear and effective communication skills 5. General understanding of technical concepts and how they apply to business concepts
