WEINS Auto Group is looking for a Junior Business Analyst at WEINS Corporate. The Junior Business Analyst provides essential support to the DMS Enterprise Manager and Senior Analyst by assisting with administrative tasks, research, reporting, and project coordination. This role is designed for an individual who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in leveraging new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance business processes. The Junior Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting decision-making within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education (degree or diploma preferred).
  • Strong desire to learn about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Japanese language skill is an asset and not mandatory.
