We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Castleblayney, Ireland, in a full-time, permanent role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with early analytical experience who’s eager to build a career in business analysis. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting projects from initial research and requirements gathering right through to implementation.
Working closely with data teams, stakeholders, and business units, you’ll help uncover data needs, shape meaningful reporting requirements, and champion data-driven decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to support internal projects
  • Create reports, presentations, and process maps
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions
  • Assist with the implementation of new business processes or systems
  • Support project tracking and provide regular updates
  • Help with data analysis and preparation of recommendations
  • Provide basic user training on new functionality and handle user queries regarding system functionality.
  • Assists others (or guide the technical writer) in the production and maintenance of operational and user documentation including release notes.
  • Respond to unresolved production support issues and participate in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business.
  • Under direct supervision, provide input and insight into the administration of the project schedule, scope of work and budget, ensuring that operational teams and subcontractors understand business requirements.
  • Create, update and interrogate a variety of data sources to provide departmental & business reports as required.
