Description
Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks, developing an understanding of the business and operating environment. Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs and expectations. Take ownership of requirement management, ensuring traceability from initial requirements through to system deployment and maintenance Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation within the organization. Ability to engage with the broader team, communicate goals, tasks and deliverables in 1-1 and team meetings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus. At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
