Responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering from the SME population
  • Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project lifecycle.
  • Define future state architecture for projects.
  • Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers.
  • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders and persuade them of the benefits of new technology and strategies.
  • Run workshops and training sessions.
  • Document detailed requirements
  • Present detailed requirements to the business
  • Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
