JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST / PRODUCT OWNER

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite Tue/Wed/Thu, 2 days WFH Mon/Fri)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a product team capturing technical requirements.
• Understanding of Agile principles and participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Figma (desirable but not essential).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our growing product and technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a product environment who is looking to develop their skills further in a supportive, hybrid-working environment.
You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, refine user stories, and help deliver high-quality solutions. We offer structured training and support, including the opportunity to gain a Certified Scrum Practitioner qualification within your first year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and document technical and business requirements.
• Work with Agile teams to support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage work and documentation.
