Job Description Role summary We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our FX IT Tribe. While prior experience in the FX sector is not mandatory, we highly value proactive individuals who are eager to learn and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities · Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. · Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation. · Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability. · Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. · Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. Qualifications Requirements · Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English. · Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. · Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. · Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. Valuable experience (nice to have) · Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. · Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. · Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). · Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs. · Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
