Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Business Analyst?
You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real-life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.
Contract Duration : until 31.12.2025 with possibility of prolonging
Schedule : Full Time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT / economics or other relevant studies
  • 1-2 years of experience in as business analysts / requirement engineer or similar work experience
  • Capable of analytical and solution-oriented thinking
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Constantly driven for improvement
  • Active involvement in team activities/decisionsFluent in English and German (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).

  • Basic knowledge of business architecture and analysis

Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers, considering the system-wide impact of proposed changes and striving to identify and recommend improved solutions
  • Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter attitude by independently researching and identifying requirements, consulting with the business only when necessary for validation
  • Create and refine user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
  • Ensure all deliverables are fully implemented and functioning correctly through comprehensive testing and validation.
  • Manage defects and incidents effectively, ensuring adherence to the team’s key performance indicators
  • Participate in PI Planning and contribute to the creation of Iteration Plans and Team PI Objectives
  • Develop and commit to Team PI Objectives and iteration goals
  • Conduct research, design, prototyping, and other exploratory activities
  • Continuously improve team processes by participating in Inspect and Adapt workshops
  • Engage in Team and Program events as outlined in the SAFe framework
  • Work in small batches to enable fast feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Align Functional Analysis and Configuration with business processes in collaboration with the Business Architect or other team membersSupport testing activities and review deliverables.
