• Supporting the business in the use of existing scientific and business applications. These include but are not limited to Labware LIMS, OpenLAB, Q-Pulse, IMS, AppletSpace, Dynamics, MyRSSL, Chromeleon and Data Manager.
• Assisting with the implementation of solutions that meet the business needs of internal clients and stakeholders, providing appropriate training and support to colleagues/users
