WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a passion for business development, eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the company’s growth. You should be comfortable communicating with clients, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.

· Support the team throughout the entire business development cycle, from lead identification to deal closure.
· Contribute to the development and refinement of the business development strategy to support company growth goals.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
· Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
· Utilise CRM tools to manage lead pipelines and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.
· Establish, nurture, and grow strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
· Maintain long-term relationships by providing consistent support and regular updates on company offerings.
· Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs and pain points of each prospect.
· Arrange and conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
· Deliver presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and services.
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
· Organise and attend networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
· Liaise with marketing, product, technical, and legal teams to ensure alignment during the business development process.
