QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a business development or external sales role in the waste management or sustainability industry.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the sustainable waste management sector across solutions such as REL waste disposal, hooklift waste disposal, and compactor deployments
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
