Are you a driven individual from a B2B sales background looking for a role offering excellent training, progression to senior roles and the opportunity to support senior colleagues managing key accounts within an industry-leading business?
Do you want a home-based role where you’ll be trained by senior members of the team to become a subject matter expert and successful sales person?
This established, family-run British manufacturer is highly respected within the cleaning chemical industry, renowned for their integrated approach that includes in-house research, manufacturing, and a dedicated service and sales team. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to help support the senior sales team and contribute to new business opportunities.
In this exciting role, you will spend your time equally between account management (50%) and new business development (50%), supporting senior colleagues while managing your own portfolio of smaller accounts. Primarily home-based, you will regularly travel to client sites to build relationships, demonstrate products, and solve client challenges.
This role would suit a Junior Sales Person, Business Development Manager or similar from a B2B background, eager to develop their career in account management looking for training to become a fully autonomous sales professional.

Responsibilities
  • 50% Account Management, supporting existing clients and senior team members
  • 50% New Business Development, generating leads and building your client base
  • Supporting senior Business Development Managers and Account Managers
  • Remote working with client visits 2-3 days per week
